I spent a long June weekend in Montreal several years ago. I had the *best* time! Thanks for these pics. :-)

"April in Paris" and "June in Montreal" sounds about right.

April In Paris
Words & Music by E. Y. Harburg & Vernon Duke, 1932
Recorded by Ella Fitzgerald, 1956

April in Paris, chestnuts in blossum,
Holiday tables under the trees.
April in Paris, this is a feeling
No one can ever reprise.

I never knew the charm of spring,
Never met it face to face;
I never knew my heart could sing,
Never missed a warm embrace

Til April in Paris.
Whom can I run to?
What have you done to my heart?

My wife and I spent the better part of our honeymoon in Paris. Albeit, it wasn't April; our time there was enchanting.

I spent some of an October in Paris. I've been trying to get back there ever since!

My honeymoon was the second time I had been to Paris. The first time I visited the "City of Lights" was after grad school with a bunch of friends. The security guards had to tell me that it was time to leave the Louvre, as it was shutting down for the day. My friends thought I was crazy a wasting a whole day (in Paris) in any museum.
