No, it's a mock-up, as I don't think that Connecticut would lay claim to such a dubious honor. But after all Bush was born in New Haven, Connecticut; although he grew up in Midland and Houston, Texas. So I guess Texas is more to blame... ;-)
Unfortunately, I cannot lay claim to this handiwork. It was e-mailed to me by an on-line friend. I just added a different spin to it. Glad you enjoyed it, though.
